What size menstrual cup should you wear

The Apofemme cup is available in Less and More sizes. Apofemme menstrual cup is made of medical grade silicone, it is soft and pliable. When you start using the cup, it is a good idea to empty it at regular intervals. This is partly to get an idea of how much you are bleeding and partly to get the right technique for insertion and emptying. Once you get to know your cup, you can sleep in it as our cup can be left in for up to 12 hours.
